1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including but not limited to:

    • Standard shipping (goods under 30KG)
    • Standard shipping (goods between 30KG - 80KG)
    • Standard shipping (goods over 80KG)

Shipping options will be available at checkout, and delivery times may vary based on the method selected and your location.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. Rates will be displayed during the checkout process. 

4. Delivery Timeframes

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please allow adequate time for delivery. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Typically:

    • Standard shipping (goods under 30KG): 1-2 business days
    • Standard shipping (goods between 30KG - 80KG): 1-4 business days
    • Standard shipping (goods over 80KG): 2-4 business days

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order is shipped via a trackable service, we will provide you with the tracking number and information via email.

6. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. We only ship domestically within the United Kingdom.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, fragility, or other considerations. In such cases, we will inform you during the checkout process and/or reach out to you via telephone or email.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders
