Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at AVTechShop. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
You may return your item(s) to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange.
This return policy applies to customers in the United Kingdom.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds. We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges:
In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sales items cannot be refunded
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return
Returns:
The product(s) can easily be returned. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in case of dissatisfied products as well as a defect received product.
In alignment with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, all return items must be returned within 14 days from the date in which you received the item.
All returned items must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return process:
To return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team. To obtain this number, please contact our customer service team at the following email address: customerservice@avtechshop.co.uk.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and follow the instructions provided to you by our customer services team. You will need to provide the RMA form within the package.
Refunds:
Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you that we have received the returned item. Post-inspection, you will be promptly notified regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The credit will appear within a number of days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
Partial refunds are granted:
- For any item not in its original condition, it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you that we have received the returned item. Post-inspection, you will be promptly notified regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The credit will appear within a number of days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the details found in the “Contact Us” section of this document.
Return Shipping:
It is the customers responsibility to arrange the return shipping and associated costs of the shipping. Under unique circumstances, AVTechShop will assist with the return shipping and costs associated, subject to agreement with AVTechShop.
Exceptions:
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Items on sale
- Downloadable software products
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us promptly to organise a replacement or refund.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the details found in the “Contact Us” section of this document.
